În baza art. 106 din Regulamentul de ordine interioară al instanţelor judecătoreşti aprobat prin Hotărârea Plenului Consiliului Superior al Magistraturii nr. 3243 din 22 decembrie 2022, având în vedere că anterior înregistrării prezentei cereri a mai fost formulată o cerere, înregistrată sub nr. 2790/4/2023, ce a fost anulată ca netimbrată, iar prezenta cerere este formulată de aceleaşi părţi, chiar împreună cu altele, având unul dintre obiectele din prima cerere, dispun trimiterea cauzei la completul initial învestit, respectiv C18 (2020) - civil şi azil.
