      Admite cererea de reexaminare a taxei judiciare de timbru formulată de către apelantul – reclamant R.A. AEROPORTUL IAŞI, prin reprezentant legal. Înlătură obligaţia stabilită în sarcina apelantului – reclamant de a achita taxa judiciară de timbru stabilită în dosarul nr. 6822/99/2023, acesta fiind scutit de la plata taxei judiciare de timbru aferentă cererii de apel.
